What does your warranty cover?

The warranty applies to all items purchased directly from Kove Gallery and covers any material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover

General wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care

  • Watch battery depletion or damage to watch battery by incorrect usage or accident or exposure to water
  • Scratches, broken glass or chips
  • Damages caused by repairs, or adjustments carried out by a third party
  • Lost or stolen goods or parts
The warranty period

Our warranty applies to all items purchased directly from Kove Gallery and covers any material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period.

All Kove Gallery products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

If, within the warranty period, an item is found to be defective due to a material or manufacturing fault under normal use, we will offer a like-for-like replacement at no charge. If the original item is no longer available, we may provide an alternative of equal value or similar style.

Any replacement item will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period from the original purchase date.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • General wear and tear

  • Improper application, handling, or lack of care

  • Damage caused by incorrect use, removal, or reapplication

  • Scratches, marks, or surface damage caused after use

  • Damage caused by third-party modifications or repairs

  • Lost or stolen items

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please contact us at support@kovegallery.co.uk with details of the issue and your order number. Photographic evidence may be required to assess the fault.
